HOW TO BLOW UP MYLAR BALLOONS:

The moon balloon can be filled with air or helium. Helium is preferred if you want to make it float. 

The star balloons can only be filled with air. It will not float.

The Baby balloon can only be filled with air. It will not float.

* All balloons ship flat and deflated.

ASSEMBLY:

Average assembly time for a 6 foot balloon garland is 45 minutes to one hour. For larger balloon garlands, 10 - 16 ft., garlands will take approximately 1-3 hours to build. Please allow for extra time if you are not using an air pump or air machine to blow up the balloons. The garlands can be created 1-4 days in advance.
