HOW TO BLOW UP MYLAR BALLOONS:

You can use air or helium to blow up these mylar balloons. Only when filled with helium will they float.

* All balloons ship flat and deflated.

ASSEMBLY:

Average assembly time for a 6 foot balloon garland is 45 minutes to one hour. For larger balloon garlands, 10 - 16 ft., garlands will take approximately 1-3 hours to build. Please allow for extra time if you are not using an air pump or air machine to blow up the balloons. The garlands can be created 1-4 days in advance.
