PRODUCTION  & PROCESSING TIME:

Printable Orders:

Printable files will be emailed right after you place your order. Production time on custom orders, such as baby shower welcome signs or bridal shower welcome signs, is 1-2 business days. Your proofs will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

Mugs: 

Production time is 2-4 business days. 

Jewelry: 

Production time is 2-3 business days. 

Sweaters & Tees: 

Production time is 1-3 business days. 

Wedding Guest Books:

3 days to receive a proof and then 3-5 business days in production.

Custom Items: Flasks, Make-Up Bags....

Production time is 2-5 business days.

Balloons & Balloon Garlands:

Production time is 1-3 business days.

All Other Products:

Production time is 2-3 business days.

 

SHIPPING TIME:

Shipping rates are based on weight and your location. 

Jewelry Orders are shipped via First Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on weight, and will arrive in 2-3 business days from the date it is shipped. 

Guest Book Orders are shipped via Priority Mail or FedEx and will arrive in 2-3 business days

Sweaters & Tees are shipped via First Class Mail, DHL, or Priority Mail. Depending on weight and location, these items will arrive in 2-5 business days

Mugs are shipped via First Class Mail, DHL, or Priority Mail. Depending on weight and location, these items will arrive in 2-5 business days

Custom Products are shipped via FedEx and will arrive in 2-3 business days

Balloons are shipped via First Class Mail and Priority Mail depending on the weight. These orders will arrive in 2-5 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

If you have any issues with your order, then please contact us via chat or email us at info@prettycollected.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrived damaged.

If any of your products arrived damaged, then we will happily send you a replacement. If you received an incorrect product, then we will offer you an exchange. If you encounter either of these issues please contact us at info@prettycollected.com and we will take care of you!

We do not replace or refund orders delivered to incorrect addresses. Please check your shipping address before completing your order.
