HOW TO BLOW UP MYLAR BALLOONS:

You can use helium or air to blow up mylar balloons. Only the champagne bottle and champagne glass will float, so no need to fill the cheers balloon with helium. Only fill the Cheers balloon with air. All mylar balloon orders will come with a straw to blow them up.

* All balloons ship flat and deflated.

ASSEMBLY:

Average assembly time for a 6 foot balloon garland is 45 minutes to one hour. For larger balloon garlands, 10 - 16 ft., garlands will take approximately 1-3 hours to build. Please allow for extra time if you are not using an air pump or air machine to blow up the balloons. The garlands can be created 1-4 days in advance.
