Don't Forget About the Weather 

Check the weather! If you are having a beautiful set up outside overlooking a gorgeous park, unfortunately, you can come across the inconvenience of bad weather. It is always good to have a backup plan. If the venue has a beautiful reception room or covered area where you can set up inside or under a cover, I would definitely speak to the venue managers to have that plan in motion if needed the day of. 

• Make sure your guests are comfortable and warm, if the venue is outdoors you should think of having custom blankets done as a little gift to make sure they stay warm during the ceremony.
• An example of this would be for a covered outdoor wedding, having tall decorated heaters surrounding the seating area to keep the guests warm.
